Pastor Chad Payne was born in April of 1976 in Anderson, SC. 17 years later in September of 1993 he was born-again, and just a few months later he was filled with the Holy Ghost. About three years after his conversion into the family of God, Pastor Chad married Julie his high school sweetheart. Shortly after their marriage, he begin to feel the call of God on his life to preach the Gospel. After several months of contemplation and wrestling with this decision the Lord spoke to Chad through his word, and confirmed his call upon the pastor’s life with this verse:

 

..." For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!" (I Corinthians 9:16)

 

     Bro. Chad and Sis Julie Payne began their pastoral work at Open Praise Fellowship Holiness Church on August 2nd 2015. The Lord has given them a vision to offer hope for the lost, healing for the broken, and to see our local assembly reach the community with the love of Jesus Christ!
